Auction Details

​The auction will run from Nov. 20 at 5 pm through Dec. 9th at 5 pm.

​

The auction is for everyone in the community, not just students and families of Valley View Elementary.

Rules for Auction:

• Starting bid for all items is $5.00.

• Bid increments must be at least $1.00.

• Bidding will close precisely at the end date and time specified above.

• You can choose to pay by Card*, Bank Draft, or Cash.
  Select the option of your choice, after selecting the items to bid on.

• Card and Bank payments will be not be processed until the auction concludes.

• Winners will be notified by email.

• If you are the winning bidder, Card and Bank Payments will process automatically upon close of auction.

• *If you choose to enter your card info, you also have the option of paying a service fee or choose Other and Enter $0  to go fee-free.

Physical items must be picked up from Valley View Elementary School.

• Items can be picked up starting the evening of December 10th  from 5:30-7pm.

• They can also be picked up weekdays in the school office
  between the hours of 11 am - 2 pm.

• Items must be picked up no later than Friday December 20, 2024.

• Any items not picked up by the date above will be considered a donation to the Valley View PTO.
